If you're having a problem printing or are missing a printer you should have access to please follow this guide to refresh your printers via the PaperCut app.
Please remember printers are deployed based on location. If you move from Community A to Community B the printers at Community A will be uninstalled until you return to that community.
1. Right click the PaperCut icon in the tray.
2. Click "View My Printers"
3. Here you should see a list of your currently installed printers.
4. Click the "Refresh" button at the top. This will uninstall any currently installed printers and reinstall the necessary ones.
