There's two ways you can get into your account:


1. 365 Dashboard Tile:

    

  • Login to your 365 account on office.com
  • Click the dots in the top left corner to open the launcher and then click the "All Apps" button.        
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the three dots next to docusign and click the "Pin to Launcher" button. This will make the app show up at the top of the list and you wont have to click "Show All Apps" anymore.
  • Click the Docusign button in the launcher.


  • You will then be redirected to the Docusign portal and be logged in automatically. You should see the following screen:
  • Then you're all set, once you're here docusign will work just like normal.

 

 

2. Directly from the docusign website:



  •  Go to the Docusign Website (Docusign.com) and click login on the top right.
  • Enter your company email address and click continue

(This step is temporary until we're sure everything is working correctly. Once setup completely you will be automatically taken to step 4.)

  • Click the blue button that says "Use Company Login".
  • You will be redirected to the familiar KDH/Jenuane logon screen. Click your 365 account.
  • Enter your password and click continue. If you are already logged into 365 in the browser this step will be skipped, you wont need to enter a password.
  • You should now be back at the Docusign portal and everything works normally from here.
