Currently to access LotVue you will need to go to https://kdhbuilders.lotvue.com in the future it will be embedded into our website.
Please click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set up your account. Once your account is ready feel free to log in and look around. We'll provide detailed training down the road but for most of you it's very straight forward.
When you log in you'll see a map with our communities marked, click on to access that community.
When you've selected a community you will see a map of that community and all of the lots that are in it.
You can click on a lot to see more details about it. The information you see will vary depending on your role and permissions.
On the right side of the screen there is a filter box, you can use it to show only lots that meet a selected criteria. The criteria available may change depending on the module you are in and your permissions. In the picture below I filtered it to models only. The models are blue and the rest of the project is grayed out.
If you have access to more than one project you can change which project you're viewing using the dropdown at the top right of the screen. You can also select a phase in your current project.
Depending on your role you may have access to more than one module. To change between modules use the menu at the top left of the screen. Clicking the LotVue button will take you back to the overview map.
Everyone should have access to the Cut-Off Dates, Sales Status, and Construction Activity reports. To access these click the reports button at the top of the screen. Select the report you want in the drop down at the top of the page. You can filter the results down by community, phase, and status using the dropdowns at the top. These reports can be exported to excel or a PDF using the buttons on the right side of the screen.
